Gli Stati membri stabiliscono norme sulle sanzioni applicabili alle violazioni delle misure nazionali adottate a norma della presente direttiva e adottano tutte le misure necessarie per garantirne l'attuazione. Le sanzioni previste devono essere efficaci, proporzionate e dissuasive. Entro il 17 gennaio 2025 gli Stati membri notificano alla Commissione tali norme e misure e le notificano senza indugio ogni successiva modifica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
