1. A m\u00e1s tardar el 17 de octubre de 2024, los Estados miembros adoptar\u00e1n y publicar\u00e1n las medidas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en la presente Directiva. Informar\u00e1n inmediatamente de ello a la Comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aplicar\u00e1n dichas medidas a partir del 18 de octubre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Cuando los Estados miembros adopten las disposiciones contempladas en el apartado 1, \u00e9stas har\u00e1n referencia a la presente Directiva o ir\u00e1n acompa\u00f1adas de dicha referencia en su publicaci\u00f3n oficial. Los Estados miembros establecer\u00e1n las modalidades de la mencionada referencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
