Los Estados miembros determinar\u00e1n el r\u00e9gimen de sanciones aplicable a las infracciones de las disposiciones nacionales adoptadas en aplicaci\u00f3n de la presente Directiva y adoptar\u00e1n todas las medidas necesarias para garantizar su aplicaci\u00f3n. Las sanciones previstas ser\u00e1n efectivas, proporcionadas y disuasorias. Los Estados miembros notificar\u00e1n a la Comisi\u00f3n, a m\u00e1s tardar el 17 de enero de 2025, dichas normas y medidas, as\u00ed como cualquier modificaci\u00f3n posterior de las mismas a la mayor brevedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
